Aimee Mergaert Design

Born, raised and based in Vancouver, Aimee is a metalsmith who was drawn to the construction of jewellery when she was proposed to by her husband, Mark. Curious in how her engagement ring was made, Aimee took night courses at Patina Designs, then attended the Jewellery Art and Design Program at Vancouver Community College - with a year of post graduate studies. Aimee works with numerous types of precious metals including copper and stainless steel to create technically strong jewellery with simple, clean lines - a compliment to anyone's style.
